Kamin Science Center Announces Evening Showings of “The Football Town”

 

PITTSBURGH, March 19, 2026 — With the NFL Draft only weeks away and excitement building across the region, Kamin Science Center will offer special evening showtimes on select dates of the popular new documentary, “The Football Town,” exclusively showing at the Rangos Giant Cinema. Produced by NFL Films, “The Football Town” celebrates Western Pennsylvania’s deep-rooted football legacy – from hometown heroes to championship traditions – capturing the spirit of a region where football is more than a game. This groundbreaking documentary was created specially for the Rangos Giant Cinema screen. NFL Films utilized cutting-edge video and audio equipment designed for the theater’s massive 71-by-39-foot screen, making it the only place in the world where audiences can experience the film exactly as intended. With crystal-clear 4K imagery, immersive Dolby Atmos sound, and larger-than-life visuals, viewers won’t just watch the story – they’ll feel like they’re part of it.
