Volunteers Needed for Cinderella Boutique

Hi! I'm Olivia, the Merchandise Manager at PBT. We are looking for volunteers to help with our final boutique for the 23-24 season, Cinderella with the PBT Orchestra. The boutique is located in the upper lobby of the Benedum Center. You'll be assisting with merchandise sales in a fast-paced environment that not only gives you the opportunity to interact with patrons of all ages, but also provides a free seat to watch the ballet during your shift.

What is expected of me before and after my shift?
You'll need to arrive 90 minutes before the performance time to become acquainted with the items at the boutique and assist during the pre-show rush. Once the performance starts you're welcome to go into the theater and watch the performance. You must make sure to make your way back to the boutique to assist with sales immediately before intermission and also immediately following the performance. Additionally, you will need to stay roughly 20 minutes after the performance to help restock and assist with closing the boutique for the day.

In return for your time dedicated to PBT, you will receive vouchers for two complimentary tickets to a performance of Cinderella with the PBT Orchestra following your volunteer date OR two complimentary tickets to Peter Pan this coming October. You will also be able to watch the Cinderella performance on the day of your shift, and these vouchers are offered in addition.
